'Epic' New Footage

IGN have got their hands on some juicy new info and footage about the improvements you can expect to see in Gears of War 3's multiplayer when you get to play it next year. And luckily you wont be waiting till the end of the year to play it after the recent delay, as Epic Games have now announced that they will be holding a public multiplayer beta in early 2011. The article over at IGN details many exciting new changes, including the introduction of dedicated servers to decrease the lag issues that players had with the original system and its host favoritism. The game will also boast a new leveling system, new weapon and armour appearance rewards, and updated gametypes and spawn points.

I, for one, cannot wait till the beta hits Xbox Live in early 2011. Check out some of the changes in this graphically amazing video preview, including new weapons and new executions:

Dead Space 2 Multiplayer Beta

The boys over at GiantBomb have thrown up a quick gameplay vid of the Dead Space 2 Multiplayer Beta. I have to say, I'm not really feeling like the multiplayer is going to be a solid addition to what was a great single player game the first time around. Looks a bit buggy, so here's hoping it truly is in the beta stage and there is lots of polishing to be done before the game hits stores early next year. At least with Gears of War 3 moved to the 2011 Christmas season there wont be too much (aside from this little game) getting in the way of some sales for the deserved sequel to Dead Space.

Dead Prez (ADAM F & FRESH) - Hip Hop Remix

Here is a dope remix of the famous song by the Dead Presidents - Hip - Hop, this track became a hip hop anthem in the mid 1990's. This track comes from Dubstep mix legends Adam F & Fresh, the boys have taken this legendary hip hop track and mixed it with the DIRTIEST of dub step bass lines bringing the sound of the london underground to the hip hop beats of America's east coast flavour. Word.

Mike Posner - Cooler Then Me
Mike Posner's newest hit single released through J Records ( a division of Sony Entertainment). This song confronts a socially hilarious and applicable topic of being "scene", it pokes fun at the global population of "hipster's" that are bound to be spotted at Sydney's hottest Bondi house parties and more then likely at Ivy Pool/White Revolver on a Sunday through summer.

It also features none other then Aussie snowboarder Luke Trembath aka "The Dingo". Luke grew up in Victoria's high country and then attended Stratton Snowboard School in the US of A where he met US Heavy Hitter International Pro-Rider Danny Kass, the two hit it off like a house on fire and "The Dingo" is now Kass's comrade in crime/parties the world over. As someone who has personally partied with Trembath before I can give props where props are due and say that the dude certainly knows how to SEND IT!
